I am Alex Taylor. I have spent 32 years in telecoms, spanning retail, enterprise sales, hardware development, networking, business development and traffic routing, across both startups and established businesses. I bring energy to everything I take on and I get things done.

I have built and run the technology and customer service operations behind hundreds of thousands of subscriptions across more than 140 countries. I have designed intelligent call routing for a major bank, led international sales for an IoT startup from pre product to first revenue, and taken a UK patent through to grants across Europe, Australia and the USA. More recently I work hands on with AI, including extensive use of Claude, and with edge and 5G deployments.
